The Petsafe wireless dog security fence installs quickly. Simply plug the transmitter into a standard wall outlet near the area where you want your dog to stay. This system is also useful since it is portable. The Petsafe Dog Fence covers an adjustable circular area up to 64 feet in diameter.
The Petsafe Wireless Fence comes complete with a Receiver Collar for a neck size of 15-58cm. Suitable for dogs at least 2.3 kg. You can also add other dogs to the Petsafe system by adding additional collars sold separately. A few flags are also provided to give a visual cue of the perimeter of the area.
The Transmitter communicates with your dog’s Receiver Collar and helps him stay in the designated area:
-First, it beeps when the animal approaches the perimeter of the covered area.
-Then, the collar emits an electrostatic stimulation if the latter continues to approach the edge of the area.
